It seems that SES 8 is being used as replacement for NSS 6 with regard to weak signal of new TP"s in middle east ragion.

how much total channels you getting???for me channel count is 319

Daytime its 279. But night time I am receiving 319.

It seems that SES 8 is being used as replacement for NSS 6 with regard to weak signal of new TP"s in middle east ragion.

If this is the case then we all will be in trouble since it would be hard to receive signals in 6FT dish.

From last two days I am also getting 319 channels almost all the time. Dubai supposed to have more signal strength than Kuwait since it is closer to the footprint. I even heard few people managed to get Tatasky there using bigger dishes. But here in Kuwait, no Tsky signal even with 10FT dish.

nope in middle east we dont get ten3 or ten3HD

SES12 indeed have better coverage atleast going by the SES portal
