3 ETV Channels now in new frequency from Insat 4A @83°E

I am not getting signals for this frequency, also my solid FTA receiver takes SR from 1000 only

This frequency too low signals , BTW 999 be 1000 itself . this doesnt make much differance ,Most of the time frequency and SR depends on the LNB . few LNB might scan 4144 or 4142 . 4142 may scan SR as 1000 and 4144 may as 1001 . 1 Thing i have seen in C band and low signaled and low SR frequencies a small differance in SR will not get signals..

I am still getting all 3 channels. its scrambled so cant get the content..
Yday there was only signals but channels didnt scan as i said in post #9

Just now scanned this frequency and getting all 3 ETV Channels

Presently Jain TV is on in ETV Kannada news slot in this frequency.
