I think it's not necessary as it's very lengthy work to make list of 250+ channels & also in digital is not like GTPL
GTPL is having same LCN throughout all users of all regions
But in case of in digital from no. Of channels to there LCN Everything is different
So it won't be helpful or informative for much people
Also there are already less no. Of people are present in forum from maharashtra region about kolhapur maybe there is only me
Speaking all this on basis of views i got for threads i created in Digital-Cable-TV. Max views i got are not even 500+ which was also the first thread
So I don't think it's much necessary

Regarding length members are maintaining DTH channels list like TataSky which offers 600+ channels so 250+ channel list is not that much lengthy :shy
I think views count don't matter that much many time it happens that some Informative updates gets less views.
As your Cable TV expanding channel counts so people who searching for good option may view your thread & get desired information and choose operator as per need. Also we'll be having Exclusive list of In digital cable though as you said LCN differs region to region but channels carrying on platform will almost same.
