If paksat don't have space and not provide space they can hire foreign satellite

Anybody knows at what prices DTH licenses were sold in India

Here we don't hv bidding process in DTH license. Anybody can pay 10 crore(entry fee) for 10 years and get dth license. These operators are required to pay 10% of their annual revenue to central government along with other taxes like service tax(15% to central government) , entertainment tax(state govt), vat(state) etc. State govt taxes varies from states to states.
