There will be no surprise if Tata sky starts charging SD access fees from next year looking at the way things are going on. If TS really care for its customers they have given more pack options & flexibility in choosing packs.

But each channel having mrp, distributor should not list more than broadcaster's mrp. Pack price should be total price of all channels * 85%.

In packages also they have a MRP of that package but while giving them to operators it depends upon negotiations where they agree to a point and then it is calculated on overall deal.
