Only in hindi belt, check other region BARC data. Example in bangla market no star plus or colors in top 5. Moreover Sun is top all india basis
You are delusional. Although Bangla market has been takeover by regional channels. There is still huge demand for Hindi content. And this BARC rating is completely false. In Assamese market DY 365 is the most watched news channels since it's launch. I don't know how News Live gets better impressions.

Is there any possibility that those broadcasters can again convert those channels into FTA.

DD Free Dish may run into a dead-end as some of the top broadcasters have decided to pull out their Hindi mass entertainment channels from the free-to-air platform owned by public broadcaster Prasar Bharati. The move by broadcasters like Star India, Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE), Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) and Viacom18 will affect over 22 million subscribers, who will not be able to watch popular channels such as Zee Anmol, Star Utsav, Rishtey Cineplex, Star Bharat and Sony Pal.

Anyways Its stale stuff on these channels ..... Why would the broadcasters want to remove them .....?
Both cater to different markets ....:cf2:

MTV Beats is a FTA So it can take part in e-auction.Only paid channels will drop out of big broadcasters as per TRAI mandate.
