Channel is launching on dec 8 morning 7am.so don,t ignore his info.completely

Launching time is not a matter here. Tata sky usually adding channels only after 9 am...k:

If they can drop channels at midnight, no reason why they can't add channels at midnight. During the early days TS used to add channels at midnight if I remember correctly.
