I'm saying 3 digit lcn numbers are good not the sequence in they are arranged by Airtel

Yes I agree and even software also useless for eg if I am watching raj tv and press 388 LCN for times now it goes back to Raj tv instead 389 or 390.

Even in primary connection we cannot take FTA pack and they say it can be taken on secondary connection. Airtel force us to take base pack in primary connection which is against trai rules and we also cannot make pack of our choice

There is no such software issue across all boxes, if one presses button on remote then it easily switches to that channel without any delay or issue


Also one can take ROI or South FTA Complimentary Bouquet on any of ur connection, there is no such issue of one not being allowed to add it on primary connection....secondly u can make pack/pick channels of ur choice , there is no restriction applicable , u can also use TRAI Channel Selector app to chose channels of ur choice.... Also u can connect with customer care /airtel presence team to resolve issues

Well to be honest barring the issue of certain channels being placed not in correct order like SD feed being far apart from HD or some channels placed in wrong genre like DD North East bcoz of inadequate empty LCN slots being available ....apart from this LCN arrangement is very good on Airtel Digital TV Platform . 4 Digit LCN implementation will sort out all the above issues and even create proper gaps between different genres on EPG and hence will eradicate the need to change channel numbers of few channels at regular intervals to accommodate New Channels on the platform....also Channel Placement Order will be charged alongside as New Updated RIO agreement r signed with different broadcasters and accordingly Viacom18 HD channels and some others whose addition have been kept on hold bcoz of inability to change LCN of some channels of the concerned broadcaster/s across different genres to comply with slab signed for in RIO will also get addressed as New LCN arrangement will comply with Updated Slab Agreement as signed with various broadcasters thereby aligning these channels too in required order

No I am not misleading I have myself gone through hardships. Cc told me clearly that ncf pack cannot be applied on primary. In black there is no option to take ncf plan in primary. Due to which I stopped recharging my box.
