Now moved to 894.

I was trying to add Nat Geo wild HD, but unable to activate..becoz it not added in website and cc also clueless about the addition. they are saying only Nat Geo wild wild available not HD version.

When I say it was added few days back in LCn 959. Cc says, Yes..LCN available but channel not added..

Then I tried support

And again they are telling same
