Good News 4 Star HD channels added by Tata Play

now its showing
but though i subscribed &xlore hd through the mobile app i cant watch it on my tv
always showing that the channel is not part of my subscription
called customer care and they told it would be resolved within few minutes
but still not solved

Refresh bro or ask customer care to do hard refresh

They are paid channels for all stb

Only thing is binge box as of now doesn’t support free preview
