5.1 Sur. Sound have no sound

i recently bought dish tru hd & f&d 5.1 home theater
sounds work like charm.
but i have one trouble. channels like movies now+,star movies .i changed the language in the remote to set 5.1.
NO sound in the speaker :dodgy
help pls

You will need a speaker with optical input to get 5.1 Surround. You can't get 5.1 from RCA cable.
Dish TV set top box has Optical output at the back.

Also see if your Home Theater support Dolby digital surround sound ok. Mohit bro is right the sound will not come in a normal RCA leads so you must have Optical cable for that but you must have input & output provision in your system.
