Process of addition is still on by Airtel but instead of adding premium/ demanded channels they are still focussing on numbers only.
Customer satisfaction is not being prioritised.

It's a GEC. But there are no soaps in Punjabi TV. The concept simply does not exist. It will show movies, music and others, like the recently-launched PTC Punjabi Gold.

Ptc channel very poor quality

No bro ... I have just seen these channels . They are fine. In Audio and Both Picture quality . My favourite of them is PTC Music
