i think it will be free for dishtv too because how can they encrypt other satellite and other operator channels....

I think dishtv have only 2 option either to block this channel in their stb or to pay money to star utsav.
Because if dishtv can utilize ddfd feed for star utsav than why not other operators or even cable operator can use it.law is equal for all.

They will show it.
Remember Sony Pal ? Its FTA for ddfd but still Pay Channel for others. But Dishtv showing it on Prime Band using ddfd feed.
