Is the news confirmed that there will not be any HD channels added soon?

No, We cannot rely on customer care, there are instances that they are not aware that the channel is added.

They will give standard replies, to secure their job.

As far as I know, Zee Telugu HD & Zee Cinemalu HD are under testing ( Internally , Not sure about other channels )

Please do not rely on CC team as far as the new channel addition or removal because they are just the showcase pieces in the showroom, they did not know what the new stock is and what the old stock is. We can rely on Back-end team who does the job of addition/removal of channels.
