Actually Vd2h is going logger back with Star and Sony. So as per your requirement I don't think Sony Rox HD will be on the board. But cannot comment conclusively.... The contract between Vd2h and the broadcasters are on the way . Let's see

Hindi HD Music channel will perhaps not in consideration as their primary contracts with Mtv Beats HD failed (that's why Mtv Indies HD was withdrawn from the platform earlier) and Vd2h shares not so good reputation with Sony so Sony Rox HD will also not in the count. But we have to wait a little more for further updates.
