No bro, TS have 58 SD + 5 HD. Just now checked in STB & Our forum channel list also updated as 63 channels.

No, d2h leading by 2 channels, Ts has 63 any by today addition d2h has 65.
Edit: D2h has 63, Ts has 62 tamil channels as of today.
If news7 & puthiya thalaimurai removal happens as per below notice, then d2h will lead by 4 channels.

Bro In Our Forum List It Is Calculated Wrongly. If You Count Individually Yourselves it Comes 57 + 5 HD So,Totally 62 Channels
