Same issue for me I subscribed to.New platinum HD and all the 7 channels are not coming....


I wrote to Nodal and customer care..


Any suggestions on this...?

Please subscribe to Tamil HD add on pack or Tamil HD add on pack or Kannada HD add on pack. You should have that regional pack subscribed.

Only 2 addons are free for South customers & that too SD adddons
for viewing corresponding HD feeds of regional channels, HD addon is must

I got a call from CC and they refreshed my account from back end and added Tamil HD add on and now am getting all the launched HD channels in New South Platinum HD pack!!

Maa TV HD,
Colors Kannada HD,
Star Pravah HD,

Star Jalsha Movies HD,
Colors Bangla HD,
Star Sports Select HD1 and
Star Sports Select HD2.
Zee Talkies HD and Zee Marathi HD will be added as soon as the channels go on air.
