I think if the subscriber has any of these channels in his subscribed pack , then he has to subscribe these channels on a-la-carte base but he will not be charged extra for that.
For example- I have subscribed grand sports pack and right now I am getting all of these 7msm and India today channel.. Now after Sept.1 if I want to see any of these channel then I have to specifically ask for that channel and that channel will be activated without any cost.
