8 Channel Removed (Channel Added Back)

Channels back but one problem occured... Channels replace in wrong places.... :s
Example- Safari channel added at the place of DD NE. LCN 646 is showing DD NE but EPG showing SAFARI TV, Like this all the removed channels placed wrongly.
anyone checked..? :huh
