They have to sent discontinution notice before 21 days,so they did that.hope channel like star utsav again success to find place in dd dth with new agreement.

From 1 Aug. DD U.P add in dd dth platfrom than which channel remove total 10 channel remove in Aug.than onlly DD channel left
Its is for sure that DDD+ shed carry all regional did channel like mp, Jaipur etc.
But not at the cost of removal.
Also they dropped or scrapped or dismissed or delayed plan to move channel count to 200.
Also only dish TV gets benefit or loose if they change channel, bcoz they offered dish stab with 5 year free viewing of DDD+ channels.
But overall no benefit to other DTH operator.
First they taken hearty carriage fee from news nation, big magic, and other international channel.
Now taken some black money by corrupt official to remove Indian channels.
To her benefit to pvt player after govt making stab compulsory, so that people will only buy pvt stb. And shed not escape from entertainment tax levied to each customer of cable and DTH.
Channel chooses is clearly shows these are most watched and popular channel n platform, once removed whoever new crust definitely will not buy. But surely existing crust will also throw their stb.
Also CAM slot is also not allowed, so that at least people already having MPEG 4 stab can continue to use their stb. Forcing people to buy new stb which will increase revenue from 10% custom duty.
Purposefully neglecting chennai from being DAS system. So that cable operator can rule city.
Although most channel on DDD+ are not south centric, but some benefit is the for cable operator in chennai or south region.
