I don't think so. If Neo think to return on TS, they will do big work like telecast IPL, ICC WORLD CUP, FIFA WORLD CUP. Then, TS will think about addition of this two crap channel.

It's not launched from broadcaster till now,but you can also keep hopes that it might be added,Tata Sky also added Z Cafe HD,Nick HD+ and Movies Now HD while no one knew that they have been launched
Maybe MTV HD also gets added for TS users tomorrow exclusively :k
