You need good internet speed for the channels to run smoothly without buffering.

These channels are fine. It would be nice if they international channels like Sky News and Fox News as these are no longer available via Hotstar.

Its not like that...jio TV is a app and needs only login credentials for mobile...For these we need Binge plus activated DTH box and need to to subscribe NCF pack..
Yes u can watch using mobile Hotspot with good net speed...Box should get wifi signals ...
