Breaking 9 New Channels Launching By Star Network w.e.f. March 15

UTV HD schedule is available for March 15 so it seems that it won't be shutting down on that day. Disney Channel HD will launching using a different licence and Star Gold 2 HD already has separate licence and will be available on new slot on satellite.

Star World SD/ HD, Star World Premiere HD , UTV Movies and UTV Action schedule unavailable from 15 march onwards. Schedule available for Star World and SWP from 15 March is a old schedule as for both these channels this old schedule shows unless updated one is received from broadcaster.....so previously too for say next Thursday schedule would get updated today Afternoon but same is not happening now since last 2 days

Star sports simply wasting time for launching Star Sports 1 Tamil & Telegu HD.

They could have just given option for Language addition on Star Sports 1 Hindi HD.

Simply Wasting TP space for all DTH Operators.

Agree! But not in Hindi but in English.

Even Though I Can Speak, Tamil, Telugu And Kannada Fluently, I Prefer To Watch In English But It's Not The Case With Others

Star is launching both regional Sports HD channels because demand n huge viewership in both the regions

True. Don't know about demand but this literally provide some employment to many including local retired sports personalities. Hopefully they'll come up with Star Sports Punjabi and Gujarati as well.

These channel are of no use if they are not broadcasting local tournaments. And, interview and raise real time issues of players and personalities.

So it is confirmed that utv hd is rebranding as star gold 2 hd , hence putting all the rumours to an end that star gold 2 hd is launching on new licence.

Nope, they are Removing Utv HD and adding new channel Star Gold 2. most of time Star won't update schedule/promo if channel shutdown, Utv HD schedule available till March 16.

No. Star Sports Bangla is shutting down and Jalsha Josh is NOT being launched. Jalsha Josh and Hungama HD have been cancelled like Star Sports 1 Malayalam and Gujarati before.
