All channels will have new transponders. That means channels are not coming on existing channels with countdown etc. like the launch of Blacksheep channel on Chithiram channel.

I don't think we can expect the channels at exactly 12:00 Am. Maybe there will be delay of 1 or 2 hours or even more.
