9xm is not part of ROI FTA bundle. Available only on ala carte basis.

No, but the status got changed in January.

Don't worry, these channels will not be removed. Scroll will be removed once they pay the carriage fees. Even if they get removed then also they'll be added within 1-2 days just like B4U.
