good news for me, because DD direct plus is not coming in my area, but insat 4a 83 is coming in my area, and i have dm 800 hd so i can enjoy 9x channel.

Now they are showing some old good serial from zeetv library.
Hope they will add some good contant as well.

It is Bad If 9x fta on Inset 4E Coz 9x provide Mpeg4 Cas box that Are Only For Scrambled channel, if it is fta , 9x cas box useless and need to purchase Another Fta mpeg4 Box.

this is until now not a good news, because date is already gone 15.10.2011 , but it is still scrambled not fta

and another thing they start another new channel on same frequency

9x jhakas also scrambled. it means they make there postion strong on this frequency

then how they make free to air

this is my opinion.
