Yes, I think dealers in WB are prepared for the migration. TS is also sending regular SMS regarding impending shift to mpeg4. But knowing this region, a rush is expected when major channels are moved as most people tend to wait till they are forced to act. An example is the flurry of activity after the cable digitisation deadline was crossed in Kolkata.
