If they using 93.5 gsat then dd free to dish users also get and watch freely in same satellite...

To watch these channels you need a HEVC set top box. And in India I don't think more than 0.1% people have a 10bit set top box. If they convert them to MPEG-4 then many people will be able to watch them but that won't happen.
