About tata play remote

Hii good morning to evryone
I have tata sky remote (normal) is not working properly but it is in under warranty
So if I call coustmer care they replaced remote with new one or give old remote
Also confirm that they take charge of it or not

तो जब मैं customer care को कॉल करूंगा तब क्या वे मुझे नया remote देंगे या पुराना देंगे या ठीक करेंगे
क्या वे इसका कोई अन्य शुल्क भी charge करेंगे

For remote, they give new one as long as it is under warranty and not having any physical damage.

They do not repair remotes so they can't give used ones.

Yes, just raise a complaint for malfunctioning remote. Since it is under warranty a technician visit will be scheduled for you who will do basic checks of the remote and replace it with a new one. You won't be charged a single penny.
