Seeking Help Tata play remote doesn't work

My tata play remote doesn't work properly, in my remote 5 main (navigation and select) button doesn't work, while whole remote working normally,I can't understand what's the issue in my remote please help... If anybody facing same issue then menson...

Button chip board inside remote gets dirty after using long time. Chip cleaner will be advised to wash chip board before assembling remote pack.

That does not mean that dirt cannot go inside it if it is 7 month old.
Dirt don't care whether it is 7 month old or 7 days old.

Leave it, if your Remote is 7 month old than I guess it might be under warranty, if yes then just call Tata Play Technician, if he fails to rectify the issue then you will be provided with new Remote without any charges.
