No Vijay bro,in Delhi it will not come 9e on 4 feet dish and also not on 6 feet dish.I am also using 4 feet offset dish and 6 feet SOLID dish and unable to get 9e.

I think 6ft dish shud infact fetch 9e signals. :skd
Yes, u r right, in Delhi... we cant get the signals on 6ft dish as of now,
but new sat, 9B is launching soon, whose footprints are a little better, so that it'll be available on 6ft dish atleast in delhi, and def. on 4 ft in Kashmir.
