Account details not showing in website/app

Hi Guys,

From the past 2 days I am not seeing my account details in www.airtel.in website OR Airtel app.
I am getting the information:
We do not have any details for this account.
This could be because this account is deactivated. To know more explore our online help page!

But my account is Active and I am able to view the channels.

Presently I am BLOCKED as I want to add a few channels to my account.

Has anybody else faced this issue. Screenshot inserted.
