They shuffle channels so as to balance out the PQ quality between gud n not so gud PQ quality channels.

I think shawl_who Bro wants to say that they are arranging channel in that fashion that bad PQ channel comes in between good PQ channel.

All I want to say is, channels like nepal1, disha tv have poor PQ quality..
whereas channels like star plus, colors, max run in gr8 quality..

They mix gud n poor quality channels on every TP.

If they'll put all gud PQ channels on one TP, they wont be able to accomodate more chnls on that particluar TP. Thus, they shuffle them constantly. :k
