As per some news sites, I think launching date will be 12-Aug during RIL AGM event.

I am laughing how everybody is ready to ditch DTH and cable for gigafiber. Just wait for gigafiber's ridiculous terms and conditions to drop. Then we'll see.

Bad News. Also airtel mobile business slapped with fine by government panel few days back and it could not have come at worse time. They r in need of funds to acquire dish d2h stake and take on Jio FTTH but things getting off track at critical/crucial junction. Hope things turn out well.

This stalling may be reason why airtel DTH arm went ahead and renewed agreements with some broadcasters rather than waiting more to sign combined deal which was most likely the original plan.
