Whether TN Regional HD pack (Rs-1098 - 180 days) includes Sony Ten 4 and Star Sports 1 Tamil channels ?

I recharged with 1298 INR for Tamil Superstar HD 6 Months Pack but it was not activated. I contacted customer care but they mentioned, plan not exists..How can I proceed.? Any help will be appreciated.

Airtel DTH Tamil Recharge Plans for 6 months - Channel and Price

Tamil superstar packs were discontinued w.e.f 1st Feb 2023 due to NTO. They have launched new tamil packs whose recharge amounts are as follows:
Tamil Entertainment HD - ₹1,398/6m or ₹278/m
Tamil Family Kids Sports HD - ₹1,598/6m or ₹328/m.

Recharge with the differential account and contact Airtel CC for plan activation.
