Wait till 14-Feb. As per this thread it is being rolled out to ROI from 14-Feb onwards.

I think @jay vithlani bro has erroneously uploaded same snap as the one in Post #86 which he has posted earlier. Both snaps show the same Monthly Pack of Rs 299. Also the date is of year 2010. Not doubting bro, but I think @jay vithlani bro is just giving us example of these packs which are already available in those few cities (Surat, Vadodara, etc.)

Both are different snaps bro 1st snap is 1m pack now the above pack is 12m arp pack
