I think u can change after lock in period gets over for your current pack..

I think, that they will continue both types of packages I mean with or without access fee, as they did not removed old packs in their Website.

This is best plan, current 199plan give 253 channels, & freedom 198plan give 360 channels, all music channels, all info channels all regional language channels

I feel this is the best plan as customers would be benefited by this.

For first time we are seeing any DTH company reducing price, lets give some more time for the plan to be announced and we will know if it is good or bad.

Example: In telecom Jio came up with lower prices and that forced other telecos to reduce prices, same can happen here also.
