Airtel Digital TV Q2 highlights: churnincreases to 1.1%

MUMBAI: Direct-to-home (DTH) player Airtel
Digital TV has posted operating profit of Rs
152.9 crore (Rs 1.53 billion) for the quarter
ended 30 September 2014 while EBITDA margin
is at 24.4 per cent.

Q2 FY15 highlights are:
Airtel Digital TV Q2 total revenue stood at Rs
626.3 crore (Rs 6.26 billion).

EBIT loss was at Rs 67.7 crore (Rs 677 million).
The company has added 151,000 net
subscribers.

Average revenue per user (ARPU) was at Rs
220.
Monthly churn was at 1.1 per cent.
