Another thing is clear that dish tv has very low hd penetration.
With 400rs min pack their arpu is 170

Yes their HD Penetration is less because they not provides the scheme like HD Access Fee of TATA(SKY or HD Add On system like Airtel or Videocon, HD packs are complicated in dishtv because then users have to pay Rs. 399 every month which is not the case with TATA(SKY, airtel, d2h because HD users can drop those costly channel once they think they're out of budget in the given month :lol
