I have got an email from adtv about this.Can't comment more.

I don't understand the need for South Magnum and ROI Magnum when both will have all the channels.. In that case I will subscribe to ROI Magnum But I think, we will have only one Magnum pack as we have now... Let us see the official announcement in website.

It is official.And i think they have kept out some south channels from roi magnum pack.
Let's wait till 24 april.
