Is it easy to get this from a Local Dealer?
Any idea how much local dealers are charging for this box, and also is it available at local dealers at all locations, even in cities?

These 3 year boxes are launched for some pin codes (where DD Free Dish users are more) but some sellers are selling them across India by activating them before delivery and this is causing loss to Airtel as users do not have to pay any NCF in this. So maybe Airtel has discontinued these 3 year FTA box model.

Ok, so for my understanding, how are you getting the access of the STB once you receive it? Do we need to provide mobile number to dealer so that they can put it as the RMN / RTN of the STB?

You Need To Contact To The Dealer They Will Help You To Change The Registered Mobile Number.

Are you able to add or remove channels from Airtel thanks app bro?
Because i am not able to add or remove channels, i have to do it by sms or call.
Rest all things i can do on thanks app like checking balance, validity, recharge, update Mobile number/name/address etc.
I am getting 404 error all the time.
