Airtel Long Duration Offers' SMS NOT WORKING

When I tried checking my long duration offers today via SMS by giving missed call on 8130281302, I am repeatedly getting an error saying,
" Sorry! Your number is not registered with us . To know best recharge offers please send SMS , Type ID <<10 digit customer ID>> and send it to 54325. "

When I called cc to confirm, he tried to reason with me by saying that there must be some technical issue & reupudated my no's..

As a matter of fact, even the IVR voice is not giving current bal/validity..

But this seems to be a genuine problem..

Anyone getting this type of SMS, can check & comment below.

(P.S.- I'm currently in national roaming..)

But u only created a thread asking about Recharge offers sms in the morning & mentioned three offers...????? Why saying this now??
