i am airtel user since 2 yr . what will happen if i call custmor care for disconnection ? wil they provide retention offer to me ? i have HD+ settop box . currently am using value prime pack with my STB. shud i change my pack to economy sports before calling to custmore care for disconnection bcz i want economy sports pack at low price . kindly suggest me

aapko pata hoga jaise hum mobile MNP karte he tab mobile company aapko apne se jude rahne ke liye offer dete he like free data or reduced call rate . is prakar custmor ko retend kiya jata he . in the same way DTH company custmore retain rakhne ke liye reduced rate par package deti he .
