My Retailer Activated 5 Connection Of Airtel In Last Week, But Three new STB Are Not Working, All Are New Cartoon Box and Cabinet But When I check Rear Panel of The Box...Unbelievable These Are All OLD Box With New Cabinet and Viewing Card , Also Activated On Old Customer ID to and Name Address Change After 2 Days . Very Bad..As per My Knowledge OLD Box Are Not STABLE like New .

IT is Fault Of Airtel, Retailer Activate Box as Normal Process ....Also new Polished Cabinet and Cartoon Box ...

After Activation If Box not Working Properly Need To Swap it again then it will Take 5/10 Days As per Availability Of Swap Box on Distributor Point.

Almost Dth Operators Removed RF output Option In new STB And Sell Very Compact Box...But Airtel New Packed Stb Have Rusty RF output option also Old models ....
