i have two STB one is SD one is HD i want my SD box card to pair my HD box becuase my old SD box have 2000/= amount..

If you have taken the connection as multi-tv-subscription then the balance will be automatically combined.

Note both the set-top box carries the same customer id with
-001 and -002 at the end

Call 12150 cc and ask customer care to link your HD as secondary with SD as primary. It is possible. I have done.
