I agree... But my guess is based on from when it is in satellite. It is there from Nov 2017 nearly about 8 months.

It depends on devices (STBs) they are using 12441 H & V can be there but 12441 H & 12442 H could be same TPS only.

Based on past experiences when there's a bulk addition 6 to 8 channels will be added within a week and rest of the pending/new launches will follow one by one all through the year.

I think you forgot that 12711 H 45000 Tp was tested about 9 months before addtion in adtv nit. Same thing happened with some other tps. I think, antrix have checked transponders before allocating service providers. Airtel may get required permissions now.
