No changes found but signal quality 80

12393 H with SR alone changed to 30.000 remaining parameters same as 12441 H gives good stable signal level (71%) & signal quality (above 10),

While 12441 H signal strength stable at 68% but signal quality alone fluctuating between red & yellow(above to below 10),How's signal quality of 12441 H??
(Signal quality marked between 6 to be 16 on Internet TV STB)
