I am facing No Signal Issue due to Rain

Can Scan only 12591 V TP but low signal on it.That TP is only scanning no pics on STB

Actually I appended True Sport at LCN 1500. Getting Error Code 8 thats why asking if its added

Maybe only True Sports today
