Airtel DTV shows Star Select HD 1 @ ₹1 but after activation they sent SMS as ₹22.42.

Due to software issues epg name does not showing complete info on airtel. Star sports select actual price is ₹19+18%Gst(22.42) as notified by broadcaster.You have to check with cc before activated.
