It is not typical bro. Zindagi posted it on their instagram page...due to some reason addition would have been postponed and now this post has been deleted from their page.

Airtel Digital TV never announces addition of channel to customers unlike Tata Play where chat executive do provide such information. Also in airtel digital tv new channels which r to b added, their names appear on app a day before which is how we get to know about and 99.9% of the time channel gets added the next day.

Having said so i have not tried calling airtel digital tv customer care for such information, maybe they too provide channel addition information once update is received by them from their concerned department .

Taking about delays there have been many instances where channel addition on Tata Play has been postponed by few days or even longer after sharing addition details with its customers.
